BLOODSIMPLE: Back Home From Europe

BLOODSIMPLE bassist Kyle Sanders has issued the following update:

"We just got home from a kick-ass month in Europe doing festivals and a few club shows. We thank everyone who came out to support BLOODSIMPLE and promise to come back by late summer or I'll have to kill someone. We are waiting for the new record to release just as much as you guys. We turned it in months ago along with the artwork and DVD so it's all up to the label to get it together and release the damn thing already. Rumor has it they will release late summer but we're moving on as planned and booking a U.S. tour as we speak and will be playing 50% new tunes so that's one way to hear it. I gotta put my brain to sleep now but we will have new Euro pix and updates comin' atcha soon. Thanks for hangin' in there and we will be drinkin' on the road in the good ol' USA soon....."

Rehearsal footage of BLOODSIMPLE playing the new song "Dark Helmet" from its forthcoming CD "Red Harvest" has been posted at this location.

Due later this summer, "Red Harvest" was produced by Machine (LAMB OF GOD, WHITE ZOMBIE). The LP will contain around 11 tracks, including "Dead Man Walking", the title cut and "El Myr" — the name of an Atlanta burrito bar the band loves to visit while on the road.

BLOODSIMPLE's debut CD, "A Cruel World", was released in March 2005 on MUDVAYNE singer Chad Gray's Bullygoat label imprint (via Warner Bros.).
